INSTRUCTIONS:

Please read carefully the instructions relating to the operation of this website:

  1. Firstly it is free, i.e. there is no charge, for all EurekaCode.com visitors who wish to submit an answer to the competition. The prize fund is derived from advertising revenue and will continue to increase based on level of this revenue. The more people that visit the site the greater the prize fund will be - so be sure to tell your friends about us.
  2. The first submission, contaning the correct answer, to be received, opened and verified by EurekaCode.Com personnel will receive 100% of the prize fund.
  3. EurekaCode.Com personnel will contact the winner, using the email or phone contact details submitted (Please note it is important that you submit the correct details), to arrange payment of the prize fund using a mutually agreeable method e.g. western union wire transfer, bank transfer etc, international cheque etc.
  4. The base currency for the prize fund is Euro. If the winner wishes to receive the prize fund in another currency the currency conversion will made using the prevailing exchange rates on the day the prize fund is transferred to the winner.
  5. Because of the volume of answers received we have now introduced an answer screening form which will request you to input four or more words from your answer e.g. 1st., 3rd., 6th., and 8th words. If these are correct then a further form will be bounced back onto your browser which will request you to input your full answer and your contact details.
  6. For security reasons the decoded answer is known only to two EurekaCode.Com personnel, so please allow at least 24 hours for our personnel to verify your answer. If your answer is incorrect you will not receive a response from EurekaCode.Com.
  7. If the code remains unsolved for an extended period of time EurekaCode.Com will provide solution hints solely at its discretion.
  8. As this is a free competition in the event of a dispute EurekaCode.Com determination will be final.
  9. Patrons have 90 days to claim their prize commencing from the date that EurekaCode.Com sends notification by email. After this time prize fund will be forfeited and will be redistributed by EurekaCode.Com into the new prize fund.
  10. Once the competition has been won EurekaCode.Com will commence a new competition and prize fund.
  11. EurekaCode.Com reserves the right to publish winners picture, name and country location on the website and also to request winners to participate in any PR related activities for the competition. EurekaCode.Com will fund expenses relating to such activities.
  12. It is a binding condition of participating in the competition that all patrons abide by and agree to the above instructions/conditions i.e. Points 1. to 11. above.
